What Is Coaching4disputes?

COaching4disputes is specifically for those experiencing conflict, particularly in the workplace. A  Coach supports and helps an individual to deal with specific conflict situations and to become competent in managing disputes.

COaching4disputes can be used to prepare people to engage more effectively in negotiation, mediation and relational conflict and to examine their own contribution to conflict and the choices that are available to them. Coaching4disputes is used extensively in some federal and state government departments along with smaller industries. As an intervention, Coaching4disputes is a useful tool when used to help shift destructive reactions, to communicate more effectively and to develop skills to manage disputes more collaboratively.

How do you know if Coaching4disputes  is right for you?

Dr Emonson (PhD) works with clients to gain an understanding of the conflict situation and the client’s approach to conflict. Support and education is given on how to help shift destructive reactions to more constructive responses. Sessions are usually one and a half hours to two hours in duration. Life is too short to be dealing with disputes, disagreement and difficult encounters. 

Coaching4disputes  can assist in resolving workplace disputes

As part of the mediation process a Preliminary Conference is held with each staff member prior to the mediation session. Each staff member may be better supported to resolve their conflict by having a greater awareness of their own contribution to the conflict by participating in a PR6 personal analysis to learn further about resilience.

Inclusion of either of this tool is an additional cost and the staff member will also need an additional, individual session prior to the Mediation. If one member of staff undertakes the assessment, all staff members participating in the Mediation must also undertake the assessment to increase potential preparation for Mediation. 

Fees for Coaching4dispute

Option One: Coaching4disputes  Coaching Session; 1.5 hours in duration – ($320.00 + GST per person), then proceed to Mediation.

Option Two: Coaching4disputes Session + Pr6 Analysis; 2 hours in duration ($460.00 +GST per person).

Then, further one-hour Coaching4disputes session to receive feedback of Analysis  ($320.00+GST) then proceed to Mediation. Client and organisation receives a coloured copy of the Analysis result. Client is prepared and equipped for  mediation and has learnt strategies on resilience.
